Water Fed Pole – a safer delivery of service without leaving the ground!
I pride myself on using the latest industry technology.  As such, I have invested in Water Fed Poles – an innovative way of providing fantastic results whilst causing minimal disruption.

This eliminates the risk of damage to properties that is often caused by ladders. Water-Fed Pole window cleaning ensures a great clean and guaranteed customer satisfaction.

Water Fed Poles are also extremely environmentally friendly and the resulting clean is very effective.

My water fed pole window cleaning uses 100% pure laboratory-graded water which is purified at our water station on the van through a series of carbon and particle filters, then through a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane and then finally through two vessels of polishing beads, ready to be used to clean your windows, absolutely clear of all dirt and particles.

Through the latest lightweight telescopic poles the water is pumped up to the brush head to clean windows up to heights in excess of 44 feet (12 meters), well above the height of any ladder.

Recommended Cleaning Frequency

Many of our customers choose to have their windows cleaned on a 6 weeks basis as this keeps the windows looking good all year round, but we can also offer the same service

on either a fortnightly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis, depending on your budget.
We would recommend a 6 weeks clean for the best results, but can also accommodate one-off cleans for special occasions or family visits.

From office buildings and blocks, to shops, shopping centres, schools and restaurants.

I understand that a good image for the exterior of your building is as important as a good image on the inside!

I also know how vital it is to minimise disruption in the workplace: I offer visits in scheduled time slots so as not to interrupt your working day.

I can also provide the service out of normal office hours for those companies who want to avoid disrupting office staff during the business day. I operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at your convenience.

I also offer a jet washing service, communal cleaning, solar panel maintenance and professional sign cleaning.

A conservatory is a great addition to any home, but what about keeping it clean?  Any conservatory windows and doors will be included in your regular window cleaning price as quoted.

Conservatory roof cleaning is a separate service and is charged around £6-£8 per panel, with a minimum charge of £60.00 (price per panel, is based on one clean a year and may be reduced for more regular cleaning arrangements).

How often should it be done?

I would recommend:

Plastic roof panels 2-3 cleans a year
Glass roof panel 2-4 cleans a year

Having new soffits, fascia’s and cladding can make a huge difference to any home giving the outside of a property a much-needed facelift. Unfortunately, like all exterior surfaces, it doesn’t take very long for the dirt, algae and moss to start building up meaning your once pristine new fixtures start looking tired, drab and dirty. If left uncleaned for a long time surfaces can become damaged and permanently marked.

How often should it be done?

I would recommend 1 or 2 cleans a year.

Projected energy performance figures claimed by solar panel manufacturers and installers are based on the optimum performance of clean solar panels. The build-up of dirt can adversely affect the panel’s ability to meet those projections.

Therefore, it is important to clean solar panels in order to ensure maximum efficiency, while protecting and maintaining your investment.

I use a water-fed pole system that uses de-ionised water and a soft head brush attachment, so as not to damage the panels. I do not use any chemicals as this can cause damage to the solar panels.

Allowing debris such as leaves, moss, or dirt and branches to block your gutters can be an expensive mistake in the long run. Keeping them clean at all times to avoid blockages will prevent dampness in your property, or even damage to the guttering itself.

By using a powerful vacuum I’m able to clear your gutters from the ground and reach around difficult angles and heights that a ladder simply cannot reach. All the waste is sucked out of the guttering, drainpipes and drains, into the machine, meaning there is no mess to clear up at the end.

The waste is placed either on your compost heap or into your garden waste wheelie bin.

Gutters should be cleared out once a year to prevent the build-up of leaves, moss and other debris.
